Windows DreamScenes Enabler - Activator to activate DreamScenes for Windows Vista and Seven. This means that you can put on your desktop as wallpapers any video format to wmv or mpg!

Instructions:
1. DreamScenes Enabler 1.2.exe Run as administrator
2. Click Enable
3. Click Finish
4. Restart the computer.
5. Now on video in wmv format click the right mouse button - Set as Desktop Bacrground
6. Voila
